写作英语作文的题目：《良好人际关系与社会交往》

Regarded as being a social requirement, a good interpersonal-relationship quality is of importance to students from educational institutions to make an impact on life that they will build and on study for knowledge they will acquire at time when their understanding of sociability is developed in mind.

A university student establishes excellent relationships with others, by learning more about interpersonal-relation principle together with skill to finish achieving their goals by way of having their intellect, which are competitively challenging enough for them.

For students, nothing is more important than to keep them successful in properly interpersonal-relation way. It needs learning to avoid having some problems in this respect, that are brought to make some persons negative about anxiety, confidence, nervousness or loneliness, etc., under the impact of abnormality for health, lives, study together with spirit or mood.

I find it necessary for people to grasp interpersonal-relationship concept, principle or law, and master its art, which helps learn skills in establishing relations between people. These are considered a variety of personal passion, credit, politeness and respect for others and their strong points.

They are developed personally in well interpersonal-relationship way, enabled to get people healthy for their own personalities and their friendship set up with others, involved in politic, economy, culture, morale and social order.

Sometimes the interpersonal relationship is negatively to have closely related to quality-related education both from family and school, to the impact to make on sociability, personal selflessness, and market economy.

In comparison to above, this should turn people’s relationship well harmonious with each other by finding solutions to their problems, getting their comments made friendly to counterpart and thinking them as friends, efficiently on basis of principle behind integrity, equality, honesty, tolerantly understanding, and self-worth protection, etc.

That gets people healthy physically and psychologically, remaining easy for them to learn their strong points that are efficient in cooperation with each at work. As seen from the fore-said ideas, the interpersonal relationship is in need of people’s happiness at their lives.

This comes true for growing in self-confidence, effectively communicating with like-minded some people who are dealing with others positively mentally, bringing one to prevent him/her from changing others’ mind at one’s will and from expecting them to meet one’s requirements, to help everyone have a life lived fully colorfully, in terms of harmonious sociability.

良好的人际交往是当代社会的要求，更是教育中不可忽视的课题，因为学生处于探索人生、掌握专业知识的阶段。认知社会中，人际交往的质量直接影响了他们的学习和生活。大学生要建立良好的人际关系，需要掌握人际交往的技巧与原则。在充满挑战与竞争的时代，学习他人的智慧来完成自身人生的奋斗目标。

学生保持好的人际交往极为重要，因此需要学习避免人际关系建立产生问题，导致一些人受到学习、生活、情绪、健康不良的影响，表现为焦虑、紧张、孤独、信任感缺乏。

因此人们掌握人际交往艺术，要深刻理解人际交往概念，遵循其原则、把握其规律极为必要，这样掌握建立良好人际关系其技巧，包括：个人的热情，讲究信用，尊重别人，注意礼貌。人际关系环境良好，有利于形成发展健康的个性品质，团结友爱。人际关系还包括政治、经济、文化、道德、社会秩序等方面。

人际关系若难以良好建立，则与家庭教育、学校教育的原因，社会的影响，自私自利的个人思想，素质教育匮乏，市场经济的负面影响，有着密切关系。

建立有良好和谐人际关系的原则，被认为是正直、平等、诚信、宽容、换位、自我价值保护原则;建立良好的人际关系，善于处理各类问题、倾听和善于结交朋友。

因此有利于人们的身心健康，有助于人们形成互补，促进人们共同协作，提高人们的工作效率。这样看来，良好的人际关系是人生幸福的需要。

建立良好人际关系实现培养人的自信；学会有效交流；遇到与志同道合的人，以积极的心态对待他人。防止一人试图改变他人以适合自己的需要,防止希望他或她总能满足自己所有的要求；做到“两个防止”那么和谐社会的人际关系便能帮助我们丰富多彩的人生。
